How could be a white wine, made by Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco on delicate hills covered by the sea until 500 years ago?

To give a reality to this image we use to ferment the grapes in the most natural way and follow it with a liquid maturation “on lie”. It’s almost the same approach we use to for the Fonte al Giunco, but converting it on “white face”. During “lie aging” we use to renforce the freshness using barrels for a part of the wine. Then blending them and finishing with bottling.
